Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer – Lake Down awarded second place in annual DJC Top Projects

The award-winning design of the new Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer replaced a deteriorating sewer pipeline beneath the 415-acre Oswego Lake. Working around quiet, residential streets in an affluent suburb, the lake down contract involved installation of more than 7,300 feet of previously fused, large-diameter, high-density polyethylene pipe to connect the buoyant interceptor to the existing sewer system.
